its great to be bak, right in the thick of things.....and sometimes it feels as if i had never gone away while sometimes it feels that i dont fit in here in some ways anymore ( i know its weird saying this after being away for a mere 3 three months....but thats the way it is!) for eg, yesterday i went out with a friend on a pulsar and i was literally scared in the traffic!!! The prob is that even he had gone on exchange and he was able to speed up to 80 in just a few days while i was wondering if i could even be able to drive! But then, its all in the mind and today i went to a lot of places on my beloved activa.....joining in in the desperate honking and the mad scramble for right of way.
The first transition was at immigration at new delhi airport...i smiled, said hello and handed over my passport to the person at the counter.....and he gave me a look which said "i wonder which planet u r from"!!!! So today at Idea Care, i just got straight to the point, tucking the "Bon Jour" part in some recess of my conciousness.....But yes, my "Merci" has improved and i am not going to ever give this up!
I m literally living at Arcus (for the non MDI ppl - its the equivalent of night canteen in our college)....the poor guy is fed up with putting chillies in my veg roll and i have already drunk gallons of tea....but this is the best part of being here...no worries about money and "What to eat".....
Placement season has started and that too with a bang! And as usual, ppl thinking themselves too smart, too intelligent....the whole works....its going to be a bad game by the time we finish in mid feb....shayad meri dd and dad ki pooja and punya ki wajah se i m not a victim directly....and thank god, u have made the stay here worth it.....however, i m still in the fray for my second job and am keeping my fingers crossed....i will never be able to understand the inticracies of how the whole thing works, and i wud really like to do a research on interviewer's behaviours......
Many things to look forward in feb
And yeah...wishing everybody a happy new year!
